Can I pick up my purchase?
At this point we do not offer pick-up services. As an online business, we work hard to keep our prices low by cutting out the high costs associated with maintaining a retail store and facilities. In order to provide our customers with the very best prices, all Our products are available for delivery only. We do not offer a pickup facility.
Do you deliver to other countries apart from Australia?
No. At this point we do not deliver to out of Australia.
When can I expect my order to be delivered?
3-6 business days Australia-wide including most country areas.
5-8 business days for WA, North Queensland and most areas in NT outside Alice Springs and Darwin.
Why am I not permitted to purchase more than 'X' quantity per item?
The default entry for the products in our website reflects the quantity available in our inventory to make sure that we do not oversell specific items. We also limit the quantity available for purchase to a maximum of 5 units per product. Where are orders shipped from?
All orders are sent from our warehouses in Melbourne and Sydney.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email from Be Bold Perfumes the moment your order is dispatched from our warehouse. It will contain a tracking number and tracking link.
My order has shipped but hasn't moved in several days.
There can occasionally be delays within the carrier network which results in delays to orders. These delays are entirely out of our control.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Be Bold Perfumes dispatching staff start working on your order as soon as you submit it, therefore it's very unlikely that we change change or cancel it.

How do I find my tax invoice?
Your tax invoice is 'the original order confirmation email' you received after placing your order. You can email us if you need a copy of the invoice. Please note, we do not include the tax invoice in your package.
Can I change my delivery address after my order has been placed?
No, you cannot change your address once it has been placed as mostly shipping label gets printed and parcel gets dispatched on the same day. Who will deliver my order?
We use multiple carriers to deliver our online orders (but mainly through AUSPOST). The tracking link in your shipping confirmation email(s) will take you directly to the carrier’s website to track your package.
What if I am not home when my order arrives?
If you provide authority to leave during Checkout, you are allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended at your address without a signature.
If the carrier believes the location is not secure, they will not leave the items unattended.
If you do not provide authority to leave, our carriers will leave a note directing you to next steps.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you can place an order as a Guest user.

The item I want is out of stock. What now?
Whilst we try to hold enough stock to keep up with customer demand, some popular items can sell out quicker than expected. Our everyday items are regularly restocked, so check back for these seasonal items.
